Your name and address are confirmed by paypal and are for processing and postage of your orders, if the items you purchased are to be sent to a different address please do let us know to avoid confusion

Returns wise, we are happy for you to return but we ask that it is in a new and unused condition. We also ask that you contact us before returning so we can confirm how the item will be sent back to us.
We cannot accept returns on items that are personalised or done as a commission unless the item is deemed not fit for purpose or are damaged in transit.
Please do keep a proof of postage when returning an item.
